Creating an inclusive business

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace will improve morale, promote innovation, and enhance the success of your business. How can you do it?

In five practical and interactive sessions, our team of experienced employment lawyers will answer:

  1. How can you build a business case for your leaders to invest in equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI)?
  2. How can you create a faith-friendly workplace?
  3. How can you attract and retain talent from all socio-economic backgrounds?
  4. How can you create an EDI action plan?
  5. How can you recruit and on-board a diverse talent pool?

There is no charge to attend. The seminars start at 9.30am and finish by 1.00pm. Refreshments will be available from 9.00am (with registration) and during a mid-morning break.
