Findel is a long-standing client of Watershed. Its largest subsidiary, Studio Retail Limited, is a multi-channel retailer that offers home shopping services through a combination of direct catalogue marketing and online shopping. It sells clothing, greeting cards, gifts, home and garden items through its Studio and Ace catalogues and websites, and offers regulated credit products direct to customers. It employs approximately 1,300 people across a number of sites in the UK and overseas.
Watershed provides Studio Retail with advice on day-to-day employment matters including requests for flexible working, grievance proceedings, tribunal claims and management of agency workers in the company’s warehouses.
We have also supported a number of stand-alone HR assignments including acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, organisation design and interim managers.
