Allow employees to work from home or another remote working location on strike days, where it is feasible.
Adjust start and finish times for affected staff members on strike days.
Annual leave. Ask employees who cannot work to take annual leave if they want you to pay them.
Ask employees to make up unworked time on days that they couldn’t work at a later date.
